When do I expect my
order to be delivered?

If you place your order before 12:00 noon, you will be eligible
for a next day delivery. All orders after 12:00 noon will be delivered in two
days.

For example when you place an order on Monday before 12:00noon, your delivery will be sent on Tuesday, but if you order was placed on Monday after 12:00 noon, your delivery will be sent on Wednesday.

Will I pay a delivery cost?

Yes, you will need to pay a delivery fee of £4.99 within London and £6.99 outside of London which is
the cost of sending your order. However, delivery fee is free for order value
above £60 and above within London.

What happens if no one is home to receive my delivery?

If you are not at home during the delivery time, we will take the order back. The costs for subsequent delivery will be charged to your account at £9 which includes cost of return and re-delivery (we will try to call or send you a massage before delivery).

Can I return my
order?

Unfortunately, fresh or frozen products cannot be returned. If you
have a complaint, you can always contact us at info@biobuoyance.co.uk

What if I received
the wrong product in my order?

Sorry, we will not intentionally send out a
wrong product. We will love to hear from you, please send us an email at info@biobuoyance.co.uk and we will make sure to resolve it.

Do you have minimum
order value?

The minimum order
value for online purchase is £15 within London and £25 outside of London per order.

There are no minimum order if you are collecting your order from in store.

Why do you use glass bottles?
You get the purest of taste of your juice when you drink it straight from a glass bottle. Glass bottles do not contain materials that can have negative effect on your health and the environment, glass bottles doesn’t affect the flavours of liquid, glass bottles are not have a detrimental effects on our water system or marine life. Glass is reusable & non-reactive; it can be used over and over again, it does not lose its structural integrity which is why we offer a return program. You can bring your bottles back to store after use and help our planet.
